Our body can do a lot that our mind does not identify. Getting to know ourselves physically enables the development of undiscovered strengths and talents. Through precise physical exercises, we learned about our bodies and those of others. A few weeks in, we picked up our pencils and started drawing each other to further focus on ourselves : self-portrait. David Jacome, a local designer who worked with me on this project, built a homemade silk screen printing press and each one printed his own portrait on paper. It is a magical process.
